Hmm, I love tea... so many varieties, colors and flavors... omg I feel like brewing some matcha green tea with fresh mint leaves now!! xD

Well... peppermint tea is rather strong by itself and it's really not meant to be drank alone (but some people do it anyway), like you, it's not my forte. :shrug: Usually I just add fresh crushed peppermint leaves plucked from my indoor garden, into my tea to give it more "kick" especially in the morning. Peppermint (or just Mint) has an aroma that enhances memory and alertness... adding lemon or lime also helps to provide a bolder flavor while at the same time the vitamin C helps the body to absorb antioxidants quicker; and obviously tea lowers stress and calms the mind and body... meaning you can think faster and clearer, respond more quickly and your fully alert, without the jitteryness, increased heart-rate and suger-rush coffee is well known for (and in the long-run BAD for you!!)
